Measure net area before adding waste.
The synthetic F-101 practice sheet contains a 240 sq ft room with a 12 sq ft exclusion and a separate 180 sq ft room: 408 sq ft net. At a chosen 10% waste allowance, the purchasing area is 448.8 sq ft.
Verified in PolyPDF 1.6.6 build 38 on Mac: trace the first room around the edge-connected exclusion for 228 sq ft, then add 180 sq ft. The saved PDF reopens at 408 sq ft and the CSV/PDF worksheet exports match.
This sample records a Mac test of the stated version. Windows verification is pending. Quantities exclude installation waste until you add it in the calculator.

The synthetic E-101 practice sheet has 8 Type A fixtures, 4 Type B fixtures, and a 42 ft drawn route. Keep types separate and check the legend before counting.
The 42 ft route was measured, exported, saved, and reopened in PolyPDF 1.6.6 build 38 on Mac. Fixture totals are reference counts; the full 12-fixture app test requires Pro. Windows results are not verified for this sample.

Inspect the same drawing before and after a revision.
The Northline A/B pair changes a meeting-room partition, moves its door, and revises the library layout. The matching page boxes let you inspect the changed geometry without rescaling the source sheets.
The drawings are synthetic comparison inputs. Differences still require review; a visible change does not by itself explain its design intent, cost, or approval status.

The electrical fixture counts remain reference quantities.
The Northline saved review file was tested on Mac in PolyPDF 1.6.6 build 38 and independently rendered. Its rectangle and text note do not establish full compatibility with Bluebeam, Acrobat, or every PDF viewer.
Summary PDF source links point to the public sample PDFs; the measurements and visible export content are unchanged. Product screenshots and demonstrations retain their original version labels. No customer drawing or project information is included in these synthetic examples.
