• Approved Mac and Windows users can exchange live markups, cursors, presence, and ordered offline edits through a customer-owned Collaboration Host while the PDF stays on the mounted company share.
• Owners can approve devices as Owner, Editor, or Viewer, resolve offline conflicts, restore signed history, and safeguard controlled saves and externally replaced PDFs.
• Collaboration is a beta for company-managed deployments. The Windows Server host and setup guide are available from the PolyPDF website.

• Annotation text offers a shared cross-platform catalogue of 26 choices, includes a Windows System option, and preserves saved font defaults across Mac and Windows family-name differences.
• Visual signatures now support selectable ink colors, preserve their appearance on the page and in exported PDFs, remain editable when they are visual-only, and undo as one complete operation.
